The Art of Authentic Expression

Elevate your craft at Adelaide's premier drama school. We provide drama training for both film and stage in a non-competitive environment, with the specific purpose of assisting all students to find their truth, their confidence and their tribe.

We are committed to doing all we can to keep costs down so that our programs can be accessible to all.

Ages 6-24+

Why we stand out from the crowd :

Our classes include both O'Grady Drama (with over 45 years experience) and our advanced acting stream program, OGD-ARTS.

We train students not just for a career in the arts, but to be life ready - no matter where life takes them. All while encouraging our students to have the time of their lives and forge life-long friendships.

TASIA

EXECUTIVE PRINCIPAL/

ACTING FOR STAGE & FILM/

WRITING

Tasia trained briefly at LAMDA in London,(diploma level), and at Flinders Drama Centre (Bachelor of Arts). She received significant acting offers in her second year and went on to work in the Australian Indie Film Industry for 9 years, as both Actress and Producer; work that took her to Cannes, London, and St Tropez, where she was nominated for best actress at Antipodes Film Festival.

Later she turned to Writing and her work was picked up by an independent publishing house in the USA.

"I do not at all disagree with the assessors who have compared  your work to ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOOS NEST; GIRL, INTERRUPTED, and SHUTTER ISLAND.  I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that your novel performs a real act of service ...you are genuinely talented."

 - Elizabeth Bruce

(Previous Aquisition editor, Picador/USA/Macmillon Publishers)

She was forced to withdraw from the publishing offer at the time due to her young daughter developing a stage 4 brain tumour. Tasia has chosen to dedicate her life to young people in her daughter's memory and honour.
